Cline & Co Inc

Zero customer service. You will be lucky if anyone answers the phones during business hours. A few years ago we had a major plumbing problem that caused the sewer to back up into three condos. The "Emergency Contact" was playing golf and not answering his phone. No one from Cline & Company came out to evaluate the problem. I had to call someone myself to remove the sewage and rip out the damaged flooring, which should have happened through Cline & Company. To this day noone from Cline & Company had followed up with the residents to see if everyone was taken care of. I have no idea what they are doing with the HOA dues, since basic building maintenance isnt even getting done. Expect nothing from Cline & Company, except to collect your dues of course. more

No communication whatsoever and takes them forever to send payment through the bank. I paid them over a month ago for august and the check has yet to clear. Have tried to contact them about some issues and no response. Pros: non Cons: wasting my hard earned money more

All they care about is getting your money. They are hard to reach by phone and if people were not legally obligated to pay them they would be out of business in no time flat. more

This is the worst co. ever. It is being run be people who do NOT care about the residents in the communities they run. Just google them and you will find nothing but negative comments and even lawsuits that they have lost. We pay lots of money each month to be managed by a useless co. Emails go unanswered, calls are ignored and questions get a run around answer. If you are buying in a community with this managment co. think again or just flush your HOA fee down the toilet each month. TERRIBLE. Pros: none Cons: anything you can think of more

This management company is unprofessional and useless to its communities. We have been stuck with them for a year because the builder chose them and we do not have enough homes completed to take over our HOA and fire them. I truly believe it is being run out of someones basement. more

This management company is completely useless. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do, they tell you they can't help you. More likely you leave a message and someone may or may not call you back. I couldn't figure out how having this HOA was useful at all. When we moved out, they charged the new owner an additional fee just to transfer the utilities and then didn't do it. I'm still battling the water company because of Cline and Co.'s negligence. They have a horrible reputation among real estate agents and now I can see why. If you are thinking about buying a house, first find out who the HOA is. If it's Cline, keep looking!
