I have been dealing with Climatech for 20 years. Patrick has been the tech rep I have used for the last 4 years. Very satisfied, prefer to ask for him by name. He has a vast array of knowledge re his vocation, and takes the time to respond to questions and offers advise in layman terms. Address of company needs to be updated more

We’ve been Climatech clients for over 5 years. They provide top notch service and have a staff that is customer-centric, Jeremy, my tech today, was a perfect example of why we use Climatech. He sent a confirmation email prior to his arrival, arrived 5 minutes prior to the 8AM start, was courteous ( lots of “Yes, Mams”) coordinated the installation of an unplanned/unscheduled Nest Thermostat, AND volunteered to help me move a porch rocker. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! more

Shane did a great job as usual, was on time, actually a little early, he ask how the system was working before he got started and gave me a complete update on what he saw with my system after his check and cleaning. Was done like usual, quick and easy (at least for me) . more

shane installed a coil on one of our air conditioners on Saturday, May 19, 1918. For four hours he trudged inside and out, up and down a set of many stairs - each time putting on protective covering on his shoes. He was very professional, knowledgeable, capable, and personal. Thank you so much for sending Shane. He is a credit to your company. more

Biannual heating and cooling system spring tune up 4/4/2018

Shane was prompt on time and got right to work analyzing and servicing our HVAC system. He spent 2 hours taking his time to analyze components, air flow, and distribution as well as cleaning both our internal air handlers and both outside compressors. We received a detailed report of the condition of our system even though there were no problems or repairs required. We have used Climatech for almost 10 years and are extremely satisfied with their customer service and friendliness of their entire staff. more

Shane from Climatech was Awesome 11/29/2017

We had a leak in our attic from an old humidifier which ultimately lead to a significant amount of water damage. We called Climatech and they sent Shane out for a service call. He was professional, courteous and handled our situation well beyond our expectations! After three trips to our home, we would be hard-pressed to call anyone else. Great job Shane! more
