A friend of mine took her car to this place and she was told by the girl at the front counter that she would be called and informed whether they could fix the tire or if they would have to replace it. She called them on her break at work (right at 5) and got the message they were closed - she found someone to take her by there to see if someone was still there (she was not aware they closed at 5). When she got there they had fixed/replaced her tire and it was sitting in their parking lot unlocked. She had to call me to bring her an extra set of keys - I had to get my sick child out in the rain so she would have a vehicle. When she complained to the manager he was not apologetic at all-he just basically blamed her for what happend-they do not call people and she should have called them. He also informed her it was not their responsibility to lock the car if they leave it out front. Maybe it isn't their ""responsibility"" but maybe common courtesy if you are in any way concerned with keeping a good business reputation. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
