Cleveland Care First

I've been going there for 3 years, and I've always been treated good. When I first came there they had me come in for tests, and they found out I was diabetic and low thiroid. I had been going to another doctor and they never even checked. Doctor Susan probably saved my life. I wish the wait was a little shorter, but at least I don't have to have an appointment, I can just walk-in. My whole family goes there and they all love Doctor Susan and Janice. more

This is a great place to go when you don't want to schedule an appointment and wait days to see a doctor. They have always been very helpful to me. I have been going to this doctor for years now and even when I did not have insurance they took care of me. I love the atmosphere, the Fishers are great doctors! more

I went in complaining of coughing so hard it made my ribs hurt and told them it was probably pneumonia and that i have had it in the past. well these people went nuts and said it was my heart, they did an ekg (normal) and said if i didnt get someone to come get me they we're gonna call an ambulance to take me to the er... Why? because i was complaining of chest pains... WHAT! i was complaining about coughing so hard that it made my chest hurt, im sure it happens to everyone... Anyway i signed an ama form and left after paying $60. i was pissed, all i needed was an antibiotic and something for the cough. The longer i thought about it the more worried i was, then my dad offered to take me to the er and since this walk in didnt do anything Guess What? i went and it was pneumonia and they gave me antibiotics and something for the cough... so now i have a several thousand dollar er bill to pay because no one would listen to me... the patient... if you want your doctor to listen to you Stay Away from Cleveland Care First! Pros: staff was friendly. Cons: no one there listens, cost me thousands more
