I bought a house and wanted to cancel my renters insurance and get a house insurance. Sent cancellation request 5 times, three times to an employee who ended up leaving and nothing being done, and two times to Sheila (one of her employees).\r
Long story short, my car insurance jacked up more than 40 percent with no explanation, Sheila told me that they will have it fixed, she did not tell me when and how much I will end up paying and I was still charged for the renters insurance, though I had attempted vigorously to cancel. After I contacted her boss Sheila, she got upset and sent me an email. Not wanting her to get in trouble I tried to make things look better.
