I asked to have a dog microchipped, and they refused saying that ""no one cares about that"". They also flat out refused to deal with a dog rescue that was trying to get services...

I called their clinic to inquire about pricing for certain services... A woman named Lisa answered the phone. Not only was she rude, but she seemed to not quite know what she was talking about. She kind of sounded off in space, like she was on drugs or something. I chose a different clinic, because I couldn't get any straight answers from this woman. Maybe they should hire a different receptionist. more

The Best 9/12/2010

Dr. Peirce Has taken care of my dogs for some time now and I believe him to be very professional as well as the staff, "" The lady at the front desk"" is very kind and considerate at all times and is a joy to talk to.\r We had a dog poisened and Dr. Peirce went above and beyond the call of duty coming in all night to check on our dog. He Saved my dogs life and I will never forget it. His prices are also very reasonable compared to others in town. more

Compassionate and Professional 2/11/2010

Dr. Pierce and Lisa are so compassionate. They treat their patients and patients' parents as family. When pets are spayed, the doctor uses a tattoo so that the pet will not be opened unnecessarily. Not realizing that spading our adoptive Heiz 57 dog would give us a price break, Dr. Pierce's staff alerted us to that. Since so many variations exist of chip implants. the Clinic uses a running computer-Rolodex type file. After our 15 years of experience with the Cleburne County Animal Clinic, we highly recommend the expertise of Dr. Pierce and Staff. Pros: Cares for Patients and their Parents more

I would NEVER go here again 11/17/2009

I asked to have a dog microchipped, and they refused saying that ""no one cares about that"". They also flat out refused to deal with a dog rescue that was trying to get services (at no discount, mind you) for a dog in need. The woman at the front desk who answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Cons: Horrible care, horrible attitude more

Unprofessional/uncaring 11/17/2009

These vets refused to work with any association that rescues dogs. Even if that association pays full price for the services rendered. How can a vet refuse to take a paying customer that is saving dogs' lives? We had taken our other two dogs and cat there, but are now switching vets, no matter how far we have to drive. Disgusting! Pros: Close to our location Cons: Everything else more
