Good tech support and sweet service! Everything is much better with Clear Internet Service than with my previous service provider.

This is a great idea to connect to internet, totally wireless. However there some drawbacks about being wireless. First, even if you have strong signals, connection still slow, secondly, this clear internet is not good for multiple computers, but good enough as a single user and should not have problem streaming videos as long as only one using the connection. Thirdly, this thing relied on the weather condition to get a good signal, clearer the skies the more bars you will have on your modem. more

does not wrk at all in my home, also denied refund within policy days. do not get clear. At&t $23.00 monthly and wrks better than clear anytime. was also put on hold for 35 min seeking assistance more

managed to resolve the problem within 24 hours. 8/7/2010

We’ve been a Clear Internet subscriber for several months now. First, there were some teething problems. Their customer support had bungled up my application, but after some phone calls and one letter of complaint, they managed to resolve the problem within 24 hours. more
