You do get your luck in picking agents. Years ago, I called to ask for assistance while using a Linux system. I called twice, and one agent flat out refused to troubleshoot, claiming they didn’t cover the Linux system. The other agent read me the standard disclaimer on Linux, then tried to help me. So clearly, some agents are more techie than others. more

I take the bus to my school’s campus every day. I love being able to plug in my CLEAR modem and do work on my laptop during the ride. I can e-mail assignments, do last-minute studying and watch lectures. It’s awesome. more
