Timeliness is not their forte, that is apparent from the start. They are impersonal and even rude, as you will quickly get the feeling pride of a good product is not a concern as is booking as many turns as possible even amid sacrificing quality.\r
It boils down to how they serve our guests -- and that is where they truly failed. Late yet again, and the degree of clean was inferior. Our treasured guests were disappointed, which is unacceptable to us. Emails and website may be impressive but it didn't translate to clean, efficient and pleasing our guests.
