Classic Mazda

From the moment Bob walked out, there was no pressure and he was happy to show us/look through all of his inventory to find the exact car I was looking for. We were at the dealership way after they had closed, and everyone was courteous and never rushing us. I looked at 4 cars, before I made a decision, and I couldn't be happier with the car that I took off the lot. Even after purchasing the vehicle, Bob is available by phone for any questions that I might have, and ready to help me purchase any accessories that I thought of after the sale. Like I said, Bob didn't push me into any car. He let me have time and privacy to think over my decision. This is my second new car and I have to say that I definitely chose the right dealership to go to. They even gave me a fair price (in line with Kelly Blue Book) for my trade-in. I was very happy with the service and would recommend this dealership, and Bob, to anyone looking for a new car. I did a lot of research, and the new Mazda's were both fuel efficient, and one of the best-priced vehicles with standard, upgraded, features. These guys wanted to rip me off for a simple oil change. I asked what the price difference between a standard oil change and a synthetic oil change would be. The price difference was staggering and they refused to explain why. They're not friendly or helpful. Think about it: If they're willing to screw you over for fifty dollars, what makes you think they're not willing to do worse? more

Maia Bojinova was the best! She was friendly and patient, as was all the staff. I had a great first-time buying experience here, and compared to other area Mazda dealers, this one seems to be the fairest. No games, no pressure- I would happily come back for anything in the future. more

Cynthia Hernandez Rocks! I know you may think this is just talk: but after years and years of buying car after car, I can tell you that this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Cynthia took great care of us, and got us exactly what we needed and could afford. I applied for financing online: spoke with the finance manager. When I arrived, my payment was $4 different than he had told me on the phone. There are great options to add: but get this: No pressure, at all. We bought the Mazda 3, and it is amazing! Proof in the pudding: I will be back to see Cynthia for the New Mazda 6 as soon as it hits the shelves! Truth is: I swore I would never own another new car. Havent had one since 1998. My husband and I purchased a used Mazda CX7 last night and the experience could not have been more enjoyable! Cathy and Roger were both low pressure, friendly, courteous, informative and seemed only concerned with getting us the best bang for our buck. We had a trade-in and ended up driving off the lot with a practically brand new car (only 1,200 miles) for $100 less a month! The process was painless and the car was even better in person than its online profile.
