The technician was always timely and went straight to work. I was not there for most of the visits, my parents have a care give that made the connection on each visit. She seemed pleased and offered no complaints. Our pest porobflem seems to have subsided and appears to be resolved. We would like to discontinue service at this time. I believe that Clark's Pest Control has gone over and above what I had ever expected. They also let you know what they will be watching for and what they have done, you can't ask for more. They are timely and know that being on time makes an impression - wish all would do the same! Clark Pest Control was the brightest decision I've made in a long time because it has been an aggravated insult of more to come, which is now all under control. Susan more

The staff have consistently polite and helpful when they come to the house. They always show up during the week they are supposed to. On one occasion, we had ants in our kitchen. I called and someone came out within 24 hours to take care of it. There was one time when a person promised to come back the next day to take care of something else. He did not show up. When I called their main offices they were apologetic about it. The man came out the next day and took care of what he had promised he would. He also apologizes for not having shown up. My wife and I both like the fact that they do not use pesticides, etc. We recommend them highly. more

Two of your staff have been very helpful and proactive. Some years ago Ian rat-proofed our home very effectively and also carefully inspected for suspected bed bugs (turned out to be no evidence of them). Then about a week or so ago on the regular bimonthly visit a young man was filling in for another guy who had the route. The new guy showed initiative by fixing the weather strip on the basement door. But there was an apparent lack of communication to him from your HDQ because he did not know that Clark's is supposed to have a spare key to the basement to check for rats. Anyway his willingness to help was excellent. Unfortunately I am not remembering his name but it was the December visit. more

We have used Clark for years now and we've had no pest issues until recently. For the first time we noticed rats running through our yard. I think this was from our neighbor leaving out food and water for his dogs. The death of our old cat may have had some effect as well! I sent a e-mail to Clark and within minutes they responded. A technician came out a day or so later and set up bait traps. After a few weeks we no longer saw rats in the backyard. Thanks Clark! I would recommend Clark to anyone with pest problems or to prevent pest problems. more

Eric is by far the finest pest service person I've ever had. He's responsive, informative and does a great job. He is also quick at coming out if I ever have a problem. I can't recommend him and Clark Pest Control enough. more
