Cory has always done an excellent job but I understand he is no longer with your company. The gentleman who came here last month was very cordial and he also did excellent work so I hope he can include me in his route. Clark Pest control is the greatest. Our technician Dirk has followed us as we have moved from home to home. He understands our concerns about our three small dogs, he understands that our being self employed he works around our schedule. He is kind and considerate and knowledgeable when we move and run across a new critter we have no idea what it is! If he is just an example of the rest of your employees, you are a blessed company! more

I'd like the service reminder email to specify the time of service as between 11am and noon rather than 8am to 5pm or 8am to noon. Service has always been from 11 to noon, but we have a dog and need to be sure she is inside at the time of service and for an hour afterwards. I usually end up calling just to be sure that the provider will be arriving as expected between 11 and noon. more

Clark assigns you a personal home care advisor who works with you to personally assure your pest control needs are being met every visit followed by a list of pesticides and treatments administered. Observations are recorded and recommedations if applicable. If I need a mid visit to address my garage or a second floor balcony which is not available during their visits, Clark is there within 48 hours. I live in a nature belt and Clark manages to keep our home and back decks virtually pest free. Excellent service, always professional, and reliable. Clark guarantees your satisfaction. more
