I just don't understand why there is such inconsistency in the service I receive from Clark. Perhaps it is dependent on the service technician who shows up, which would mean that either Clark Pest Control does not offer proper training or there is some sort of standard that is simply not being upheld.
Living around so many trees, we have a serious spider problem. Normally someone comes, sprays and clears all of the visible cobwebs that surround the house. I have had service every three months for the last few years and it has, for the most part, been fine. Unfortunately, the last couple of workers did a pretty awful job, leaving spiders and tons of cobwebs all over the place. I went to take out the garbage a few days after my most recent service and almost put my hand on a black widow spider that was still hanging out on the latch to the can area.
I did call the customer service number and instead of getting a helpful or sympathetic voice I got a woman who told me that my problem was because I received service only every three months instead of monthly. At $110.00 per service, I expect everything to be cleared. Perhaps if the service techinician stayed more than 20 minutes, the appropriate work could be completed.
At any rate, I am tired of the level of service and have cancelled any future calls. I haven't figured out what I am going to do, but hopefully there is a company out there who values their customers a bit more than Clark.
