Amazingly courteous staff, willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. The first room had A/C problems, and we were moved to another, but the attitude of the manager and front desk made the problem seem a good thing. Awesome! more

The week of June 11 through June 15 we stayed in Rapid City. The Hotel Quality Inn was excellent. The rooms were great the full breakfast you got was excellent. Also the pool was excellent. It was kid freindley. My son is seven years old and he had a great time seeing Mt Rushmore and Bear country and Custer State Park. He also really had a lot of fun at the hotel and at night going into the pool. We meet some nice families there and had a lot of fun talking with them by the pool at night. We talked about what we seen and what we were going to see the next day. more

We had a wonderful tripand we have been there many times with our kids and have never had a bad experience.. We will definitely come back again. Thanks so much! I have told co-workers about it and they plan on trying it out too. more

Husband and I traveled with 2 grandsons, ages 4 and 5. The pool was CLEAN although a little chilly. The boys had a blast. Breakfast was okay and there were many selections. Hot and Cold food items were a pleasant change from donuts and muffins. It definitely saved us time with 2 little ones. The room was CLEAN and the size was good. Plenty of space to move around. Any requests we made was met with a smile and a quick response. Location was super. Easy access to the interstate, many restaurants and the mall. Target and Walmart nearby, too. We really made ourselves at home. Can't say enough about the polite staff. By no means fancy but definitely worth the $'s. more

My family really enjoyed our 3 day stay at this hotel. The staff was very freindly and was able to answer all my questions. The room was cleaned and restocked every day. The beds were very comfortable. There were 3 fluffy pillows per double bed and a cozy cotton-quilted cover. I like that it had an in-room thermostat instead of a noisy heating/cooling unit. I slept like a baby!! The pool always had plenty of dry towels and niced sized. It had a large 2 - 3 1/2 foot deep area and an 8 foot deep area. It would have been nice to have a larger 4-5 foot area, but it was still enjoyable. The hot tub was awesome with a pretty water fall dumping into it. The hot breakfast buffet was wonderful. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast, muffins, donuts and you could make you own waffles. There was something for everyone and plenty of it. It was very busy, but we managed to find a table to eat at. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!! more

Although there was a problem with the pool filtration, the manager and staff kept us well informed as to what was going on. They worked quickly to talk to experts and solve the problem. They were polite and courteous. The staff in the dining area worked hard to keep food filled up and clean up after patrons. The staff at the hotel was awesome. I would personally recommend my friends and family to this hotel. more

Price was everything and I got a great room too. Although it faced a very busy road, they added outside windows to insulate the rooms from the noise. I got a good night's sleep and a free breakfast too. more

We were just doing a pass through on our way to Yellowstone. We were not able to take advantage of the nice pool area but the boys wanted to. I had a personal situation come up the the staff was very accommodating & helpful. more

Our visit started at the front desk where the people could not have been nicer or funnier. We laughed a lot while registering--I think it was my Groucho Marx tee shirt. Throughout the next two days we encountered not a single bump in our vacation road. We enjoyed everything from the pool and spa to the free breakfast with service.? more
