Well for starters, they themselves are trying to ""make the market"" by raising their prices. They tried to raise our rent nearly 20%. They raised rent in previous years 10% every year. Our pay goes up 10% a year every year right? Yeah right... Their service sucks. They have a b*tch named Marryella with big fake plastics that talks down to everyone. She is such a BS artist, it's ridiculous. A lot of hardworking people have recently been forced to move and in spite of all their vacancies they keep trying to drive up prices after removing all their amenities and doubling the number of units on the property which created a parking and living space nightmare. This is typical of Braddock and Logan. The way they snuck this past with nefarious tactics is because they were supposed ot announce to tenants the new construction. They lied and delivered None of the tenant responses or objections to the city. Sadly, the tenant questionnaires were ALL ignored and mysteriously ""Lost"" as they moved forward. For 2 years their tenants have been enduring constrcution while they destroyed the basketball courts, the laundry rooms, the tennis courts, the park and playground, gym, the rec room and kitchen, the hot tub and 80 parking spaces to put up 3 story ""High Density"" housing. They are returning a lame, smaller ""Olympic Style"" pool (laughable) a small fitness room, and a small rec room, which I'm sure they will charge a pretty penny for. Meanwhile, the residents are all being forced to move out as they continue to increase utility and rent costs by 10 to 20% annually. Do they give residents more? No. Each year, they deliver less and less service, removing more and more amenities and charging more and more rent. Sad, really lame organization. When you live under Braddock and Logan's management. You are getting charged top dollar for NOTHING. Oh and they advertise Top Schools. Another Laugh. We tried to enroll our kids in the schools they brag about across the street and guess what, THOSE SCHOOLS ARE FULL. No transfers are being accepted for this or future school years. So you will drive your kids roughly 2 miles to the nearest ""quality"" elementary schools. Civic Square Apartments is total BS and fake and it's run by much of the same. Fake, plastic, liar... represented by Marryella. Another fake, plastic liar who wears TONS of makeup. Good Luck! Is that reason enough?
