SCAM!! TAKE BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!! 1/14/2011

The phone guy starts screaming on the phone when I was just trying to give him my address. Was charged $80 for no work done. He said the repair man would be here in 30 minutes to an hour. He showed up around 4 hours later. So if you want terrible service and want to be yelled at on the phone use this company. My suggestion use another gate company. This is the worst run business that I have ever come across. No business should ever treat their clients like this. TERRIBLE!!! more

scams and completely unprofessional 12/23/2010

Waited one week after being told they would come give a free estimate. Than get a call back saying they can't come for 3 days. Finnally a field tech calls and says he can come in 2 hours for a charge of $75. I call back to the office to ask for the original lady who said they don't charge for estimates and get a guy named Vincent who starts screaming vulgar obsenities on the phone. Dont waste your time or money at this fly by night company. more
