City Creatures Animal Hospital

We take our 2 dogs and 1 cat to City Creatures for their routine care. They provide excellent service and are caring and concerned when dealing with our animals. Dr. JIM Albert and Dr. Heather take care of us, and always treat our animals as if they were their own. they return phone calls, make suggestions for treatment, and don'[t apply unnecessary pressure, like some places do. I only wish they boarded animals, bc I'd use them for that too. more

I have been to several other vets and this place is by far the best one in the city of Buffalo. My vet is Dr. Allen and she is always right on point when it has come to any problems I have had with my dog. When i bring my dog there i feel like they really care and I have never gotten the feeling that they are trying to scam me for more money like other vets I have been to. The male receptionist is also one of my favorites. He is so friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. They truely love animals there and I was glad paying my vet bill knowingthat evrything I payed for was for the health and well being of my pet. Also my friend's cat had to be euthanized and they sent her a condolence card that the staff signed. Just reinforced how great they are!! Keep up the good work City Creatures! more

Love the vet. Most of their staff is fantastic and it is clean and friendly. However if you are thinking of bringing your pet here I would recommend making the appointment for any vet except Dr. Abramo. She is rude and her bedside manner so to speak sucks. I have a few friends who also bring their pets here and they have had similair experiences with her. While im sure she is a good doctor she needs to work on her people skills. She was even rude to my 2 year old who was talking to her and she completely ignored him. Next time im requesting my dogs see a different doctor. more
