Took my vehicle there after it getting sideswiped. They had let me bring it in for an estimate the day of and even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up from the shop the day that I dropped it off. They were always letting me know updates, and within 2 weeks my car was looking as good as new. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. more

I had a good experience, as this repair shop not only fixed my car a weekend early- staying later to fix an unanticipated problem, but they also helped me arranged the rental. The owner was very nice and professional as was all of the other workers. Highly recommend. more

Unprofessional body shop. will never go here again.They are not an honest shop.Repairs were not done in the time frame they gave.After having my car for 3 weeks,I had to return multiple times for them to get it right.poor quality repair.owner talks like he knows everything,but proved to be a know nothing more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE EVEN IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDS THEM!!! yes, this shop is registered as a "preferred" shop for insurance companies, but if you want good service and quality repairs, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! These guys are not only crooks and do shotty work, but they will treat you like you are dirt. The owner, MICHAEL GERSTEIN is a NASTY, rude, egotistical bigot who is confrontational and argumentative. Besides attitude, the prices that they quote on their estimates are 33-50% higher than most other shops and thats so they can make a larger profit! If you get an estimate from them, just take any part number and google it--you will be able to see that the parts are sold on the open market for A LOT LESS than what they are charging--without labor!. I dealt with 3 individuals there and all 3 were completely nasty--not a good word from any of them--just pushy, rude and demanding. They held my car for a week before they even looked at it, wasting valuable time and costing me hundreds of dollars in rental fees. Then when I asked basic questions, they outright lied even in the face of contrary evidence, making up excuses and stories for answers they knew they couldnt wriggle out from under. I had to bring my car to another place to fix the so called "work" they did and had to pay for it out of my own pocket! Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews posted on several different websites about this shop--they all say the same thing--a real nightmare to deal with! If your insurance company recommends them, get another shop off their list instead--its not worth the aggravation you will have to go through just to get some work done. more

This is a poorly ran business.Went here once and learned my lesson.Never will return there again.Owner is rude and has no business being in business.Agree with all other negative posts.Do not go there if you are looking for a quality repair.They will butcher your car.Stay away from this place. more

Owner has major anger management problems. Told me car was being worked on and realized it was not even touched.Not an honest business and would never go back there again. Choose a real quality shop...not this place.Everything was a problem.....everything. more

Owner is extremely rude.Car will sit for a long time until it is fixed.After being repaired you can count on bringing it back because it is not properly fixed.A total inconvience.Half the shop are inexperienced techs being pushed beyond their knowledge.A real safety hazard.There are many quality body shops out there....this is not one.Owner has a problem with every customer,vendor,etc.Do not become a victim.Go somewhere else and save yourself the lies and headaches this business creates.Surprised this place is still in business more

Hello this is Mike Gerstein I am the owner of Circle Collision Center and I am posting this review to explain the negative post made By Mads G aka Lai . First of all in the so rude post Mads G forgets to tell how she came in to our office and asked if we would give her a free estimate which we agree to do all the time as a courtesy to our customers and that during our fact finding Q&A she kept on insisting that we fix her vehicle cheap, with every question her answer was cheap it was very frustrating for me. So after a few minutes of this game she was playing with us I informed her that we were going to pass on her vehicle and I requested that she goes somewhere else to have her car repaired. I never treated her in any unbecoming way nor did I cross the line of conduct that Circle Collision Center has produced since 1971. We don’t call names and I am by no stretch or the imagination a Racist!!! I am defending myself for I am deeply offended by this post and would like anyone who reads it to know the true facts. We take great pride with our customer service and built our business around it. To me this post defies everything we are about and is flat out not the truth!!! This tool should be used for good and bad but the truth is always the most important issue and when it is made up of lies to me that is an injustice to me, my family, my staff and everyone else that Circle Collision Center services with nothing less than 100% from start to finish. Circle Collision Center was very quick and easy to deal with. They quickly checked the damage to my friends car and gave him an assessment of what it would cost. Their service was fast and relatively easy. He liked that fact that they really only told him what was wrong with the car and didn't try to change the price on him. The job they did on his car was good. From what my friend told me, the service is very good and pretty speedy. He told me that he didn't have any hassles with them and he said that it was a good experience overall. more
