Cinema City Theatres 4/1/2006

This theatre complex has recently undergone a fairly big restoration and is now quite a nice place to see a movie. They have installed theatre seating in most if not all of their theatres and they have also refurbished their lobby. It's never really very crowded which makes for a pleasant movie experience. There are several theatres and they pretty much play the most recent movies. It's the best place around for matinee pricing. If you haven't been there in awhile, give it a try and you might just be surprised at how much it has improved. more

Looking Good 12/29/2005

Cinema City Theatres is working to improve its run down condition. They have added stadium seating in some of their theaters and are working to upgrade the rest. I particularly like that you can buy tickets with cash or credit from several machines out front or inside from a real person. What a time saver! I sure hope they don’t raise their ‘lowest in the neighborhood’ prices when they finish their remodel. more

Rundown but cheap 8/28/2005

Cinema City Theatres is very reasonably priced and has an excellent matinee price, but the theater is rundown and not in the best condition. The seats are uncomfortable and outdated. It also smelled slightly musty and the floors are sticky. The employees are all young, unexperienced and unfriendly. more

Last Resort Theater 8/15/2005

I used to go to this theater alot until they built Edwards a few miles away. This theater has screens that need to be upgraded because they are small compared to other theaters. However, tt has alot of screens, I would say about 12-15. This is also one of the few theaters that consistently plays Hindi movies. more
