If you can get past RUDENESS of employees... Terrible for consignors but can get some good buys as purchaser. Always pick up your items before they ""donate"" because you're just donating to the owner, not charity. more

I took some of my overstock to Cindy's, and I was pleased with the money that I made. I picked up the stuff that didn't sell, and I had no issues. If you are worried about your items selling because they may overprice stuff, I would recommend that you ask them to price your items to sell quickly. They get a percentage of what the item sell for, so I would assume that they would be motivated to have your stuff sell. more

After 60 days clothes become property of Cindy's Resale 5/2/2012

Cindy's resale policy that after 60 days either you pick up your clothing or they can do with them whatever they wish--your clothes become the property of Cindy;s basically. I took in over 100 name brand items. Checked on my clothing after about 45 days and coats were priced at $90. Yes, they were name brand and many new items but no one is going to pay that kind of price in a consignment store. After the 60 days the items are reduced by 50%--then they are affordable for people to buy but they no longer belong to you. I pick up my items after 60 days.Out of 100 items I received $45 for all my work,etc. It is not worth it.Should donate to good cause--not to Cindy's income. more

Good for shopping, not for selling 12/27/2011

I think Cindy's is a good place to shop but not to sell your clothes. They have a policy that says after two months, if your clothes have not sold, you hand over any profit to the store. This would be okay, but they put nearly new prices on the items for two months so that they do not sell...then mark them down on sale and keep all the profit for the store. I have taken in big armloads of clothes and 2 months later will only have 10-20 dollars in my account. Its a shame, because the store is nice as a shopper. more

Very Nice Consignment Store 10/14/2011

I have been going to Cindy's resale for many years, they have always had a great selection, at a great price. The store is very clean, the merchandise is color coordinated. Rarely, do you find an item in bad condition but I have seen a few over the years. more

Very Unpleasant Visit 8/7/2011

The supposed Coach ""expert"" has NO CLUE of current Coach bags, Coach leathers, and Coach fashions. She told me the Coach bag I was selling was a fake due the zipper which was totally false!!! I even proved my bag was real and she would not accept the item. I DO NOT buy or sell or receive fake Coach bags!!! She offended me with her dishonorable nature and rudeness. I DO NOT recommend selling items here at all. more

Poor experience 7/27/2010

Cindy's Resale is a horrible place to buy or sell clothes. I brought some clean, nice name brand clothes to sell. When I tried to pick them up, my shoes were gone! (they lost them), My other clothes were in horrible condition-DIRTY! The manager of the store is rude and disrespectful. more
