Great first contact for new service 11/7/2018

Good experience on first contact when rep came out to inspect propane tank and do pressure tests, etc. He arrived on time and completed the process quickly/ more

Just wanted to comment on the fast and reliable service that I received today. We are new customers and we just got serviced today. We were told to expect new delivery and set up around 2-4pm and we very surprised that they were actually early and set up process went real smoothly. Thanks to Chris and his new team member for being friendly and out going. more

Chris and his crew are thorough and know what they are doing. If something goes sideways they take care of all issues. Heating, water, and pipes are not simple but Chris is simply the best. more

Jason was amazing! We lost hot water and had a slow drip under our hot water tank and he was at our door in 10 minutes! Our issue is fixed and I couldn't be happier! more

Bill is polite, efficient and certainly knows his business. After recently cleaning our air conditioner he explained clearly and understandably what he had done and all that I needed to know. As an elderly woman caring for an ill husband this was very reassuring and helpful. I highly recommend Ciardelli Fuel Company and Bill. more

AC and furnace(s) annual maintenance 6/5/2017

Jason performed the maintenance on the furnaces and AC unit at one of our town buildings. He was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and I left him unattended to do the work. All lights were off and the building locked up when he was done, I couldn't be happier. more

Service call on my furnace 5/22/2017

Just had Eric come by for our annual, service cleaning on our furnace, with an 8 to 10 am window he showed up very prompt 8am exact. Eric is always happy to answer any questions and concerns and is genuinely a very nice person. We appreciate the service we get with Ciardelli Fuel company, and will always remain loyal customers. more
