We had one of our best lunches in Savannah At Churchills Pub. Not only is it beautiful, with a wonderful bar and very light and open rooms but the food and services excels as well.
We came here on the recommendation of a local and are we ever glad we did.
I had a Caesar salad with a scoop of curried chicken salad and it was memorable enough that I can just about still taste it, the chicken salad had chunks of apples and walnuts, yum.
My husband had a prime rib sandwich and he is an expert, this one stood up to the test of Al.
Dessert is a real treat here as well, we tried the bread pudding with bourbon sauce and it was really really good.
The also have a nice menu of traditional British food. They are only open for lunch on Saturdays so plan accordingly.
