This is an okay Mexican restaurant. Not great, not bad -- just okay. The ground beef in my enchiladas seemed awfully grainy, and the beans and rice weren't terribly tasty, but my companion's ""taco grande"" looked more tasty, with many yummy things rolled in a soft flour tortilla. If you want more authentic Mexican, drive 2 miles north to the West Side. If you want fast food Mexican, go across the street to Taco Bell. But if you want a reasonably priced sit-down Mexican after your trip to Target, try Chula Vista.
Pros: Low prices, Alcohol served
Cons: Bland food, Overdone decor
