David Christianson is a master craftsman. Yes, it takes a few weeks to get the frame. Thats because it is hand made!!. I really dont understand a previous review calling the frames "a bit pricey". Consider the 22 K Gold, Consider the attention to detail, Consider it is handmade in America, Consider that this frame will last several lifetimes. This guy is really good. These frames are very impressive... The frames are all carved by hand then finished in real karats gold leaf, not the fake stuff. The seameless corners are what really stands out, as well. Although it takes a few weeks to get the frame and its a bit pricey, it is (absolutely) worth it to get frames made for your paintings there. Pros: very personable, very friendly, very truthful more
