Christi-Anne's Bridal

I wanted to get my dress from a local independent shop. So I went to Christi-Anne's. The beginning of the process was a good experience. They were friendly and helpful. Guess this is to reel you in to buy from them. Once my dress came in, everything went downhill. The staff was rude to me and my bridesmaids. They tried to rip us off for alterations and claimed to do alterations that were never done. And I was forced to take my dress home before alterations were done. more

When I went to look for a wedding gown, I had an excellent experience, the guest servicing was wonderful! I bought my dress there and was excited for my bridesmaids to make a purchase there also. This is where the experience slipped down hill. They were able to find the dress I wanted but tried to sell my girls dress that were far too large (come to find out many shops do this!!!), and when they told my maid of honor she had to get a size that would have an additional cost (size 16), she was extremely rude and announced it to everyone in the room. The maid of honor ordered a size 12. My girls had to sign a waiver to buy the appropriate size. When the dresses came in they were still slightly large (the smaller size they ordered) and went to another place to have the alterations done. So how do I feel...50/50 - know your size and stick to your size so they don't get the extra money for uncalled for alterations!!! more

I bought my wedding dress at Christi-Anne's a few years ago. Not only did I find the perfect dress a great price, but the staff there couldn't have treated me any better. They were so helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience a lot of fun. I like that it is a small, local, friendly shop. I would highly recommend Christi-Anne's to anyone. more
