Great Energy!! 2/16/2011

We signed up for unlimited group classes and love em!!! The instructors are GREAT!! The staff is friendly and the prices are really reasonable! My favs are Zumba, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Burlesque, and Pole Dancing!! YES!! Ladies if you haven't tried pole dancing at Choice Training you are missing out!! I've tried other pole classes, but they're not as friendly! Not to mention Choice Training has a more personable atmosphere which makes it comfortable! Great workout too!! more

Fitness that's FUN 5/6/2010

This is the best place to work out in a nontraditional setting. If you are looking into getting in shape, but keeping the exercise exciting Choice Training Group Fitness is the place for you! I have been more loyal to the classes they provide than my local exercise facility because they make exercise fun! I thank you T&T for changing my attitude about fitness and helping me make lifestyle changes. more

UNIQUE FITNESS! 10/23/2009

I tried the Cardio FUNK class - AWESOME! What a great Cardio workout, and I learned new moves! The Kandy & Krome room is very secluded! Who knew Pole dancing would be my new found fitness! I love this place! more
