We took our 4 year old for a cleaning and the hygienist asked us to leave the exam area. While this might have been her preference, it was not ours. The dentist examined her and did not even introduce himself (this was a first visit) or tell us why he felt that he needed to refer to another dentist. We called for an appointment specifically because of a concern about a tooth and if his office does not do dental work on children, we should have been told this upfront. We feel that it was a wasted visit, let alone waste of money.
