Used to come here with my mom and dad when I was a kid. Best crab-cheese wontons and hot and sour soup in the city.

Worst

I had the Pad Thai & it was kind of bad. Guess it's my own fault for ordering Thai from a Chinese place, though! Just say no to the Pad Thai.

Scallion pancakes were awesome! Their menu on Grubhub is very confusing, I highly recommend looking at the China Taipei website to order. Some items are on the Chinese menu whereas others are on the American version. Also, they haven't updated to include the fact that they now have Pho. I ordered it by putting it in the notes of one of my ordered items and it was good, nothing really notable, but very acceptable pho. more

Not Amused 10/20/2011

I went there expecting excellent Chinese food and a decent atmosphere. I was not impressed by the food, it was mediocre at best. I don't know if I'll be going back any time soon. The service was about as mediocr as the food. more

Not the best 7/20/2010

I ordered the sesame chicken lunch special, rice was ok, chicken, aweful. Could taste the dirty oil, greasy and chicken was rubbary, would not recommend Cons: Could taste the oil, dirty oil at that more

Excellent Chinese and authentic Taiwanese food 2/14/2010

This is a great place to get Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine, especially more traditional, authentic dishes. The tea smoked duck is incredible and we've never had a bad dish there. Pros: The food! Cons: It's not right around the corner from me more
