I hadn't had my chimney serviced in a few years & they didn't complain about the extra work. They just did their job & did it thoroughly. I already had a new spark arrestor & they put it on for me. Hard workers & courteous. I"ll be calling them back in the future. more

terrible manners 3/10/2009

this company has sales people who cold call your home. they are then very rude if you dont want to give them personal information. i dont believe you want people who lack basic courtesy in your home. there are other business owners out there who train their employees better. use on of those. more

Chimneys R Us 8/20/2005

Chimneys R Us came out and cleaned out my chimney for winter use. They did a pretty standard job, nothing too extravigant, but they got the job done. Employees didnt talk much, I was hoping to learn something about my chimney. Prices were very steep for what I paid for though. I wouldnt recomend it. more
