The service here is always friendly and prompt. The portions are always more than substancial in size and taste. I only have a few gripes... The coffee was bitter- no matter what you put in it. It was also cold (and this was during an arctic blast!) The second cup that came out was hot but still tasted awful. We ordered the 2 for $20 deal, starting out with the fried onion/jalapenos appetizer. They tasted great, but were very greasy and soggy - Not crispy at all. (It made it difficult to eat with forks OR fingers!) We both had the Chicken fried steak. My pototoes and corn on cob were ice cold. His corn was ice cold as well and looked dried out and old. Both steaks were warm and tasty but needed more gravy. The cheesecake was pretty good. With a little more attention, this could have been a great meal.
