Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. While big to us, our renovation apparently doesn't rate with Chevy Chase Customs. A job that was supposed to take no more than 6 months is approaching the one year mark -- due entirely to their total disinterest in the project.
On any given week, we receive -- at best -- 5 hours of work on site. Excuses of the "dog ate my homework" variety are offered...the latest being that "the plumber is dealing with personal issues." How that keeps them from hanging doors, installing lights or the many other things that await completion...well, your guess is as good as mine.
Bottom line: if you're planning anything south of a $500,000 job, look elsewhere.
