I researched multiple plastic surgeons in the US and came to Dr. Chen, as an out of state patient. I made the long commute because he specializes in facial plastic surgery, has won "best doctors in America" awards, and I've read so many good reviews. Dr. Chen and all of his staff were excellent before, during and after my surgery and VERY accommodating to me, being an out of state patient. The office rooms were spotless and the nurses are friendly and helpful. Dr. Chen has spoken with me multiple times about the procedure and never makes me feel rushed. He went out of his way to understand the results I had in mind. I chose to have the procedure done without anesthesia. I was really nervous it would be painful, but discovered that the numbing shots weren't any more painful than getting a syringe of juvaderm. I didn't even feel the rest of the procedure. After the procedure, he provides lots of follow up care and even gave his cell phone number for questions. I am very pleased
