Regarding my service with ChemTec Pest Control, they were absolutely great. Real professionals who knew what they were doing, did the service on time and promptly and even educated us on the issue at hand. The guy who came out to perform the service was very kind, helpful and even wore booties on the carpet to make sure there was no mess left after. I live in an apartment complex and the service that the apartment manager hired at first was cheap and inefficient, leading to us having to hire another company which is how we ended up using ChemTec. I would recommend them highly to anybody else in the area and nobody is gonna beat these guys out, excellent service and pricing. I love ChemTec Pest Control. They're able to send someone out within the day whenever I call them with whatever story it may be. They're very personable and I've never had a problem with their service. I really value their ability to send someone so promptly and they are always able to arrive on time. We've been using them for about four years and are completely satisfied. We initially hired them to look at a pest problem in our chimney and the person who arrived to assess the situation was very patient and efficient. After that, we decided to get the maintenance plan for routine spraying three times a year and have been very happy with it since. They notice little things that they can remedy for us like baby ants on our windowsill. I don't feel like I have to supervise them since the quality of their professionalism is very high and they always do the job correctly. Derek is the gentleman who services our home and we really do feel like he goes out of our way to go above and beyond with our needs. He's very courteous and answers any questions that we may have. Debbie is also very helpful with scheduling whenever I call her frantically. My highest recommendation goes to ChemTech Pest Control! more

ChemTec Pest Control has gotten wasps out of the roof, have dealt with carpenter ant problems, and sprays around my yard to keep out deer and possible lime disease. They also deal with mice but they did mess up one time with the mice. However, they came back out when I called and got it right. I really like those guys. They all know me! We've been using ChemTec Pest Control for about a year. We weren't really happy with other companies and we still had pest problems. ChemTec has helped us with mice, bugs, and other kinds of outdoor creepy crawlies like spiders. The gentlemen are very sweet, cordial, and prompt. We had a major reduction in mosquito and ticks due to the products they use. They keep up with their services by monitoring and making sure the traps are empty. They don't dwindle out their service and are extremely reputable. more

WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!!!...*!* Highly Recommended!!!!!!! So my story begins with my first night out after having our son - we attended a friend's wedding and stayed over night at the hotel. I was so scared I brought bed bugs home - I was in hysterics! I saw a ""bug"" on the bed in the hotel the next morning and a week later I saw the dreaded ""3 bites"" on my leg! - they were in a triangle formation. I contacted two exterminators, E&G of South Amboy, NJ and ChemTec Pest Control of Saddle Brook. The first guy came and said he saw no evidence but I still have to treat my house, because he was Positive* I have stage 1 bed bugs. His conclusion was based solely on my 3 bites and because I went to a hotel. (mind you it is summer time and we have a ton of mosquitos in our yard) Then he said if it's not bedbugs - it's fleas because we have 3 dogs and 3 cats. He even threw in the mix of how much he cares for children and their safety - and how I should treat my home for my 8 month old's son's safety. (Now explain to me how spraying chemicals is beneficial to my son's safety if there is no evidence of any bugs in my home!) The following day a ChemTec representative, Rand*, came over (right on time*) and examined my bites, my son's bites, my mattress, my son's mattress, headboard, area around bed, and various other places and stated that I should try to relax (because he noticed how terrified I was*) and reassured me that ""at this time"" there are no signs of bed bugs or fleas and he did not see any reason to go further with any chemical treatment. And this was a FREE evaluation! Finally!!!!!!!! someone that puts honesty and CARING* above Money!!!! I was floored! I almost cried when he left. I called the office immediately to thank them and praise this wonderful man. Almost everyone these days is looking to make a quick buck and I was a bright neon sign ready to spend money because I was so scared for my son's safety - and instead of using my fear against me .... this gentlemen instead comforted me, calmed me and was honest! It is so comforting to know there are still good people out there* I 100% recommend this company to EVERYONE!!! The owner should be very proud of his or her business and employees and Rand deserves a raise! I will most definitely use this company in the future and I will recommend them to everyone I know!
