Please know that Chem-Dry of Roanoke strives to provide excellent customer satisfaction. We also often offer specials to benefit our customers, which include clearly listed stipulations. The specific special you chose was $99 for up to 350 sq ft of carpet. It was not until we arrived at your home that we realized you had much more than the 350 sq ft limit. In reference to ineffective treatment, there was significant pet odor that our regular carpet shampooing does not treat. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your service and would like you to know that superior customer service is very important to us. more

I MOVED ALL OF THE FURNITURE THAT COULD BE MOVED ENTIRELY OUT OF THE ROOM ;VERY LITTLE WAS LEFT IN THE ROOM. I FEEL THIS WAS A VERY EASY ROOM TO CLEAN BUT MY CARPET DIDN'T REALLY APPEAR TO BE ALL THAT MUCH BETTER LOOKING AFTER THE TREATMENT. I WANT TO FEEL IT IS CLEANER BUT I FEEL THAT AS EASY AS THIS JOB WAS THE TECH. COULD HAVE PUT A BIT MORE EFFORT ON THE FEW SPOTS THAT WERE NOT REMOVED DURING THE CLEANING. A friend of mine who had used Chem-Dry of Roanoke recommended them. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They were willing to try to fix a problem that came up during the work they did for us. There was an odor in one room of the house from an animal and we were hoping that they could remove the odor from the carpet. When it did not work the first time, they came back out and made an effort to fix the problem. The odor is still there, but I am in touch with them about what else can be done. Chem-Dry cleaned, disinfected, and protected our carpeting. They also gave us a spot treater and instructions on how to get spots out of the carpet. Probably 2 days after they finished the job, we had a spill of red Kool-Aid on the carpet. We used the spot treater they had given us and it worked well. I would absolutely recommend Chem-Dry. They stand behind their quality workmanship, and their methods are very effective. more

We were referred to them by another customer of theirs who was very satisfied, and we were very satisfied as well. This was our first time using their service, and the carpet cleaning they did was very good.
