I needed a place for a week while they were working on my apt. This town house/hotel was cheap ($125/night), quiet, chill clientele, great location, and the best part is it's all guys and most are pretty casual about walking around naked in the hallway -- so using the shared bathrooms/showers was like in a boarding school dorm or big family house. (I am a home nudist and hate the idea of having to wear clothes where I'm living, so prefer a place like this.) Only like 8 or 9 guest rooms I think, and when I was there it seemed like 1/2 gay 1/2 straight and everybody cool -- a few younger European guys my age there. Bronze statues and paintings everywhere like an old museum. Comfortable bed, nice sheets. Towels had a funny burnt odor, but seemed clean otherwise. Owner was an interesting older dude and a nice guy. His assistant though had a tendency to scream at the top of his lungs like a mental patient about something or other almost every day I was there, and on my first couple of days he seemed to pop out of nowhere to stare at my junk every time I came out of my room -- creepy. I finally shook my head to tell him 'no, dude' and he gave it up. I took two stars off for that because he was annoying and out of line and should know better (he looked to be more than 2x my age -- and gross). Otherwise pretty interesting, comfortable, affordable place.
