Bad Customer Service 12/9/2010

The customer service is awful. They were out of the item I went in for (apple gadget) and then when I bought something else and asked to have it wrapped, it took more than half an hour. There was only one person wrapping and about five other emplovees standing around doing nothing. They are very rude and they seem to pay more attention to their dogs (yes, the owners have their dogs in the store every day) than to their customers. I hate going in there but sometimes I do because I live close to downtown and it is easy. more

Chefworks has a TON of great kitchen/home stuff. It's the fancy, serious stuff, so I don't always buy, but I want to be the kind of person who needs and uses that stuff. It is a good place to buy gifts, because they have a great variety of tools, decorations, and hardcore cookware. more

This store has just about anything you need for the kitchen or dining area from place mats and napkin rings to utensils and kitchen equipment. The staff is helpful and have ordered special equipment for me that was not held in store. more

Horrible customer service! 3/3/2005

I shopped here in early December and had a question about a digital thermometer. I approached the gift wrap table which was a little busy and asked if I may ask a quick question. I was told "We are too busy go to the front desk". I walked around the gift wrap area and heard the woman complain about my question and the fact that I had interrupted her conversation with another employee. I went to the front desk and no one knew the answer so we set out to find the owner-guess what? The owner was the rude woman working the gift wrap! Not only did I leave that store I did not purchase anything! Pros: only kitchen store, great products Cons: rude owner, rude owner, rude owner more
