After not getting my cab, after some sort of ""block"" on the road, I get a call that the cab simply cannot pick me up-- I live off of Hillsboro Road, and there are at least 2 other ways to get to my residence. At first the person on the line was trying to work this out then quickly shifted into a ""it's not OUR fault, etc,..."". I was calm and said I knew it wasn't their fault, but as customer service, I wouldn't bring that up. Her response was to HANG UP ON ME. I called back and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then I called again and this time I reached teh same woman and I asked to speak to the manager, to which she replied she was the manager, and that everything I said was being recorded. I said her behavior was rude and before I could finish, she HUNG UP on me again. This cab company is the worst I have ever encountered. You want less DUIs, Nashville? Get your act together when it comes to accessiblity of cabs!
