I was not impressed with how my 3 year old got treated. He behaved like a normal 3 year old and due to fears did not want to cooperate. After finally cooperating and having his teeth cleaned, the dentist denied him getting the ""prize"" which is the only thing we kept talking about to get him to cooperate!! poor baby was so looking forward to that stupid 10cent prize and was told that next time if he cooperates right away he will get one! \r
Then at check out the receptionist made my next appointment without even asking me if that date or time worked for us. I have never had that happen! You dont just schedule an appointment without asking if that works with your schedule. The only plus was the patient and sweet hygenists!!
