Terrible service. Scheduled appointment and the technician was supposed to arrive by noon, however he didn't show up until 6:20 pm...noone bothered to call me and let me know he would be so late either. Would not recommend. more

Excellent Service 5/26/2010

I bought a house 10 years ago, that Charles A Klein did the installation of the plumbing and heating. This year I decided to install a new heating and cooling system. Klein's gave me a good price and their service was excellent. The tech who did the work showed me everything I needed to know regarding the new system. It has been running perfectly since they did the work Pros: Quality Service Cons: None that I have experienced more
