I have been going to Charisma Nail and Spa for five years. I love this place! Rose has been my primary nail specialist and she is wonderful! Sweet and friendly, she does a fabulous job! When she has been out of town, Stephen and Cynthia have worked on my nails and given me great manicures! Pedicures are the best there, too! SO glad I found Charisma Nail and Spa!!! more

Worst nail salon I've ever been to... 6/15/2011

I'm starting to think that most of the great reviews for this nail salon on the web are actually from its own employees/owners. I recently went there based on the reviews I read and had the worst experience. My cuticles were cut, the pink and white wasn't even applied to my nails. I tried to ask questions several times during my manicure and point out some of my issues but I was ignored and, at one point, told I was incorrect. I was so embarrassed when I left that I went and had another salon re-do the manicure. Just wanted to give others out there like myself a heads up about this place so they don't waste their time or their money. more

"World Class" service is exactly correct! 4/15/2011

I am incredibly picky about my nails and feet and I don't like just anyone doing my manicures and pedicures. Steve is my usual tech, but Rose is amazing also! I am always offered a cold beverage and always treated with respect and care. I LOVE Charisma and often refer them to friends. They will get my money every single time. more

I got my nails done last Saturday and I had the worst experience. The nail tech cut my finger so bad it didn't stop bleeding for hours. Almost a week later and my finger still hurts. The worst thing that the nail tech over charged me. They charge $30 for pink and white and $5 for gel. I was charged $40. So not only she hurt, she also lied to me. I DON'T recomend the place to no one. more

Nice place to relax. Very clean and professional. I was visiting and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I am very particular, but saw many good reviews and gave it a shot. Just want to say thank you for such a pleasant experience. more

Such a great experience. I had the best pedicure and my Pink and white nails was beautiful. It was a place I can relax. Everyone was very professional. The most important thing was the place was very clean. more

Short story: I love this place. Excellent, friendly, professional environment.\r \r Long story:I am extremely picky with my pink and white. I reside in Sanford and would drive to S. Orlando near Kissimmee to get my nails done. I've tried different nail places but ended up dissapointed. I looked up online for best pink & white nail places and this place had a good rating. I am glad I made an appointment and stopped here. Very friendly, english speaking, proffesional staff. Cynthia did an excellent job with my full set. Thank you more

Worth the drive to get my nails done 10/28/2008

Since I've been coming to Charisma Nails, i would never go anywhere else. I drive from Dr phillips to get my nails done. I can go over 3 weeks with my nails so its worth the trip. Never had any problems. Everyone is very nice and considerate. Not the typical nail salon. more

LOVE IT!! 4/1/2008

Last review says they do hair but it is a nail salon in Maitland, FL. I have never been unhappy with any service I have gotten at Charisma. The owner as well as her staff are friendly and courteous too! Since I have gone there I have not gone to any other salon. A good salon is hard to find and they are wonderful! more

Best service I had 4/23/2007

The experience I had at Charisma Nails & Spa was not like a typical nail salon where people are being rushed. The service was great and salon was beautiful. All the staff from the front desk to the nail technicians were friendly. I was able to have all questions and concerns answered. What was really important to me was the cleanliness of the salon. I noticed all the instruments used were cleaned and sterilized. All this and the price was reasonable. I'm definitely coming back. more
