Extremely nice staff! Everyone was so helpful and courteous. My initial consultation with Kendle was encouraging and reassuring. I felt comfortable right away! Ashleigh, my nurse was so much fun to work with. She was knowledgeable, helpful (getting into that 'wetsuit'), and comforting during both of my procedures. From the minute I walked in the door, everyone was so professional and personal. I felt right at home instantly. The initial meeting with Kendal was great, the pre-op with Ashley and Dr. Narset was comfortable, the procedure with Dr. Narset and Brian was not as bad as I anticipated, and the follow up post precedure with Rheana was eye opening. From the time I walked in, greeted and met Kendall, who really listened to why I wanted my procedure done, to my nurse Bryon on surgery day helping me to relax and making me feel so comfortable. I am 46 years old and had been researching how to improve my thickening mid section for over a year. I exercise and eat right, but the belly would go no where. I ultimately chose Sonobello. I liked the fact that there was only local anesthetic. I had a four section procedure done two weeks ago. The office staff were very welcoming and professional. Dr. Narsete and Bryon made me as comfortable as possible during the procedure. I was back to work on day three, walking for exercise on day four. The bruising and swelling are almost gone. My weight is down and my waistline and hips are already reduced a couple inches. I am so glad I finally got it done! It will be a change in my life not having to hate part of my body.
