Services offered include urgent care for non-life-threatening emergencies, physician specialists, X-rays, mammograms, DEXA, lab tests, occupational health services, and drug and alcohol testing for employers. The Chardon Campus is also home to Lake Health Physician Group Family Practice and Lake Health Physician Group Pediatrics. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
