If you like things char broiled or craving something that is flavorful and burnt on the outside and succulent on the inside than the Charcoal Chef is for you. Here they grill steaks, chicken and fish and serve them up in this casual but very busy restaurant. The service here is excellent, but it is a bit pricey for such a casual setting. Also there isn't much of vegetarian selections- which most of the patrons do not seem to mind.
