I was pleased with the apartment my boyfriend and I rented together until a year after we started renting.We were fined for unbelievable things and were almost evicted for having dust on the ceiling fan.Absolutely horrendous!We wrote on the lease agreement that the walls were really dirty and PJ said he would hire someone and never did and then we were charged for dirty walls!Liars and scammers! more

I have known the owners of this company for quite some time now and have to say they are a couple of the most professional property managers I have met. They have an extensive knowledge base, not only of landlord / tenant laws but fair housing practices as well. I own various properties and every management company handles their responsibilities differently. Chapman is very responsive when it comes to documents, billing, etc. They are very good at handling payments, record keeping and following up on issues. Thanks guys. more

chapman properties has a policy to dispose personal property that is left in a rental home...no matter the property value and forget the fact that they have all of your contact information. Family heirloom...trash it. Important document..trash it. Military Uniforms...trash them! Renter be warned, Your property has Zero value while it is in their property. I am extremely disappointed in your thoughtless actions. more
