Words can not explain what a wonderful, caring Dr Chambers is..She has done a lot of medically necessary things that I never thought through other Drs I would need..JUST WANT TO GIVE A BIG SHOUT OUT THAT YoU FINALLY LEFT HEALTHPOINT..THANK GOD..What a mess that office is..Complaints about the staff I could write a book...Now Dr Chambers you can take the quality time like you always have with your patients and not be on the gun that you can only spend 15 mins per patient...Healthpoint you lost one of the best Drs around.... more

I would highly recommend the Doctor, you will not find better bed side manner or have an easier time discussing issues with Dr. Chambers, although others have complained about staff, this means little to me as the over all experience is always top notch. Every business has issues and with growing requirements for the medical field they have done well. My entire family uses her from mother in law to friends and we all love the service we receive. more

Dr. Chambers has been the primary care physician for me, my wife and my daughter about 4 years. I can not say enough positive things about her. She is compassionate, caring, extremely thorough, highly intelligent and her bedside manner is beyond compare. We are extremely fortunate to have her as our family doctor. more

I was on of her first patients back in the health point trailer, she has seen me through thick and thin. She goes above and beyond and really cares for her patients. i would travel hours to see her if I had to. She is the best. anyone that has her as aphysician will get spoiled, she never rushes through an exam, early morning appointments don't usually wait, and she is a mom and understands all the quirkiness mom issue can have. She never tells me Yes, when it will harm me ( trying a new med I saw an add for), will tell me YES when it will help, but will also say NO, I care too much about you to see you fall into the trap of this med than that. She is great, when you leave her office you will find not only a grand doctor a par above the rest; you will feel you made a friend. And I am self pay. She works wandersl with me in the office and through the pharmacist. more

After 25 years in Tampa I finally found a great doctor, Dr. Chambers is excellent! I have found doctors that are OK, not great, but the staff would be horrible. I give Healthpoint a 4 star rating, but Dr. Chambers a 5. Dr. Chambers takes the time to know you and is very thorough in her exams and follow-up treatment. The staff at time is very good and at times not so good. The staff has mixed my records with another's records and once failed to call me with test results. Dr. Chambers never shrugs these issues off, but addresses them immediately while you are in the office. Dr. Chambers is worth any issues you may have with the staff.\r \r Dr. Chambers is a great doctor and has great credentials. You won?t be sorry if you switch to her. I have to agree with the other two posts to some degree but Dr. Chambers is well worth any wait or putting up with any staff. She is very easy to talk with, has never rushed and always returned my calls. more

Dr. Chambers is a very thorough and caring doctor. She is very easy to talk to, and she actually spent the time to learn about me as an individual before conducting her exam. Her credentials are impressive and her office is easily accessible. When I have had to call her office, I found the office and medical staff to be polite and knowledgeable. They have returned my calls, when necessary, within a few hours time. The only negative issue I have ever had there was when they were training new staff. I was left waiting longer than what was necessary. When Dr. Chambers found out, she immediately spoke to her staff while I was present and educated them on the proper procedure to expedite patients' visits. At the same time, I have never felt like I have been rushed through a visit just so that they can move on to the next patient. Every time I have been there, everyone there has been polite and courteous. I am so glad I found Dr. Chambers and I am recommending her to everyone I know! more

Dr. Chambers has excellent credentials and seems caring and compassionate. The problems with the practice are the med. assistants and office staff who can't seem to get it together. I wish I could say differently because I would like to continue my care with Dr. Chambers but I'm afraid that her staff is losing patients for her (and the other doctors associated with this Health Point practice). I have two friends who also will not go back to this practice. You can't get answers to your questions and you CANNOT speak to the Dr. on the phone. Its extremely inconvenient to switch doctors so I'm not doing it for any reason other than I don't feel that I'm getting the quality of care that I deserve. Again, I am NOT saying anything against Dr. Chambers. I am only sorry that she choose to work for Health Point. Pros: Excellent physician Cons: Lousy staff more
