Great with Bags 5/11/2007

I took my bag that needed a new strap and had a large rip on the side. I was amazed that they were able to get it done with 2 two days. I was most impressed by the work done. It looked like it had a new life. I went home to see if i could even see how they repaired it and the work looked seamless. Pros: Outstanding work Cons: They don't accept credit cards more

Great Work on my English Shoes (Church) 3/18/2007

They do wonders on high-end handcrafted English shoes. I was recommended by a friend who is familiar with their work. Living in the Upper East Side, it's a little out of my way, but I'll be happy to take the trip from now on, knowing that my shoes are in good and able hands. Outstanding customer service with plenty of shoe care accessories. The person on front was able to consult me on proper shoe care. I would do the same as to recommend their service to you. Finally a shoe repair with great customer service as well as excellent quality work. These guys are the people you see when need any kind of leather work, as well as shoe repair. They work fast and they pick up and deliver. Pros: Excellent cratmanship on leather goods Cons: expensive more

These guys can do anything with not just shoes, but bags, zippers, leather rips, etc. Fast and friendly. more
