One thing I liked was that the owner was true to his estimate, he didn't go over, it was what he said it would be and even did a few extra things too and made sure it was all done so that we were satisfied. Continue to give good estimates and stick by them, it makes them seem very honest. It's hard when painting on a tight time schedule, because you can't wait until the paint dries to see if everything is good. But they came back immediately after hearing I wasn't happy. That kind of service, they should keep up. I think that was cause for great customer service, keep doing that and I think you'll be in good shape.
