While Ceridian greets you with a flashy face, with a confident and well groom sales staff, every thing else falls apart after that. Their service staff is made up of incompetent troglodytes which despite being staffed in the United States have a limited grasp of the English language. I would rather spend three hours with an out sourced call service than call Ceridian customer support again. Sometimes we would get notices from the IRS and Ceridian would ignore them until they went into collections status, which is about the only time they decide to actually help you... while charging stiff ""research"" fees for their screw ups. Avoid at all costs...
