Good Pool Company 10/1/2010

We used this company to build two pools at two different locations. Service was done within a month and we were ready to jump in. Paul and his wife were very courteous and professional in all of our dealings. I just referred someone to him but it appears that they maybe out of business. That's too bad. I wish them luck. more

Stay away from this company. 7/9/2007

I had an 80 foot perimeter play pool built approximately 2 1/2 years ago by CENTURY POOLS. Over this time period I have been plagued with problems, none of which were ever taken care of. The problems have just gotten worse lately, most recently my pool fence has actually started to fall down. I checked the base of the posts and everyone of them has various stages of rust on them, two of which are completely rusted through. I have tried again to elicit help from CENTURY POOLS and the owner does not want to take responsibility for the poor construction of my pool. His reply is that it is out of the 2 year warranty and basicly I am screwed. Not a very nice man. more

Avoid this company! Paul the owner is unprofessional. 7/16/2006

I have a 6 year old pool built by Century, that has minor cracks in the Pebble tec. Upon calling them to inquire about my 10 year 2 owner warranty. I was told ""I did not build a pool for you"" you are out! then hung up. I called back again, and was again threatened and hung up on again... I am now moving to legal action! over the customer service vs. the simple repairs in my pool. Cons: Poor Attitude and customer service more
