Rude, Arrogant, Money Hungry, Selfish, Inconsiderate, Immoral; would be just a few words I would use to discribe this agency/broker. It surprises me that in such a small town a company this unethical is still in business. Our experience with the Brainerd Lakes Century 21 has been anything but pleasant or professional. Trust me, do your self a favor and go with a different agency.
